Remote Internship - Booking and Artists Management

3-6 months | Internship | Remote
Book a Street Artist is looking for a communicative and responsible intern in Booking and Artists Management with great attention to detail and a quick mind.

At Book a Street Artist we have a clear vision: empowering artistic talent and making it universally accessible. We believe that talent should be valued independently from the context it is presented in. Therefore, we build tech products and tools to enable artists to manage and promote themselves in a more efficient way, and to match clients and artists with each other perfectly. Our artists are from the fields of music, performance and visual art. Our clients range from private individuals celebrating birthdays or weddings to company parties and conferences to major brands implementing their marketing campaigns.

In this position, Sales, Artist Management, and Tech come together. You are responsible for analyzing and allocating new customer inquiries and always bringing in your own ideas to improve these processes so that our software development team can improve them with tech. In addition, you coach artists to use our tools, monitor bookings and provide support for clients and artists in different countries. From time to time, you will also be r
eviewing incoming artist applications, inviting & onboarding new artists, following up on invited artists and guiding them through the registration process and their profile creation.

  • Deep insights into the operational processes of a platform and into the processes from the perspective of the customer and the artist.
  • Use and integration of new tools like Live Chats, Bots, CRM System etc.
  • High learning effect, bringing in own ideas and the potential to have a big impact for our clients and artists.
  • Work in a startup that grows organically and acts ethically.
  • Get to know the urban art scene and inspiring artists from Berlin and around the world.
  • Quick decisions and strong company culture with a positive and international team.
  • A great mix of Creative Industry, Startup & Not Only for Profit.

  • Yes, we work in the creative industry. However, much of our work is 'behind-the-scenes' which means office work is a big part of our daily business.
  • Working in a startup sounds cool & inspiring. It is also quite chaotic and there is much potential for frustration and disillusionment if you are not hands-on, resourceful and a great self-manager.
  • Sometimes, tasks need to change massively and from one day to the other you find yourself doing something that was not part of this description. That's part of the game & you need to be at ease with it.
  • This is a remote-only internship. Work from anywhere.
  • Academic experience in business management or entrepreneurial experience.
  • You work well with an international English-speaking team.
  • You are available for at least 3 months (mandatory internships ideally 6 months).
  • You can apply for an Erasmus grant, or a similar type of internship-funding.
  • You are fluent in German or Portuguese.
Sounds good? Please apply here. #OneLove
